A Reader's Opinion: PAPER LOVE by Aubrey Wynne
A READER'S OPINION
PAPER LOVE is a charming and heartfelt romance!
Joss Palmateer grew up in tropical Papau New Guinea. Now that she's back in the U.S., she is having a hard time adjusting to the loss of her home and her mother. She's not looking for love or for anyone to make things easier. She needs to grieve, and meeting Ben Montgomery, the brother of Joss's best friend, hasn't helped. She sees him as a playboy and really can't handle being a conquest. Ben goes through a transformation that ultimately makes it possible for Joss to see him as the kind of many he wants to be for her. Their love story feels natural with patience and tenderness. This isn't a long book, so there isn't a lot of time to develop everything, but the characters are likeable and they feel like real people with real struggles.
PAPER LOVE is the second book in the author's Chicago Christmas series. This is a sweet romance that can be enjoyed any time of the year.
